Partnership Agreed

The underwriter appoints Response24 covering the relevant specialty lines. Policyholders within those lines receive immediate access to our response team, the Connect platform, and free introductory consultations — from day one of the policy, at no additional cost to the underwriter.

Pre-Incident Programme Delivered

Where the product includes a pre-incident fund allocation, Response24 manages its deployment on the underwriter's behalf. We work with each policyholder to design the right programme — HACCP advisory, recall simulations, risk assessments, or staff training — and invoice the insurer directly against the fund. Better-prepared policyholders generate fewer claims and lower severity.

Incident Response Activated

When an incident occurs, the policyholder activates Response24 directly. Our team deploys immediately, coordinates with the relevant specialist partners, and manages the response through to resolution. We support claims documentation and regulatory reporting throughout.
